Dillard brings 26 years of dedicated high school and college coaching experience to the Lady Cards program.
Prior to joining Mayfield, Coach Dillard served as the girls' basketball coach at Paducah Tilghman High School. He has also spent time on the collegiate level as the head coach of the men's basketball team at Dyersburg State Community College, assistant men’s basketball coach at Mid-Continent University, and as the women’s basketball coach at Shawnee Community College. Dillard has also been an assistant coach at Graves County High School, Murray High School, Hickman County High School, and Fulton City High School.
Coach Dillard holds a bachelor’s degree from Murray State University and is currently working on his master’s degree in Post Secondary Education Administration.
