Again this year, parents and guardians will not need to hunt for school supply lists online or in stores because Mayfield Independent Schools is providing all student school supplies for the 2025-2026 school year. With the exception of backpacks, all school supplies for the upcoming academic year will be provided directly by the district.
The district is grateful to be able to utilize funding sources supporting this initiative, working closely with teachers to procure and distribute the supplies. While the availability of the funds are winding down, we're pleased to offer this program for the upcoming year.
"We are thrilled to be able to offer this support to our families," said Mayfield Independent Superintendent Billy Edwards. "By providing all school supplies except for backpacks, we hope to make the start of the school year smoother for everyone, allowing students and teachers to focus on learning from day one."
First day of school for students is August 6.
