Where to find information of severe weather school cancelations and delays

Mayfield Schools are back in session on Monday, January 6.  

However, in the the case of severe weather conditions, if a decision to close or delay school is made, the district will communicate in the following ways:

• A SchoolCast phone call. Please make sure parent and guardian phone numbers and emails are current.
• A post on the district website (www.mayfield.kyschools.us), and/or social media pages (Facebook & Twitter)
• A notification to local news and radio stations, such as a listings on Snowman 6 on WPSD-TV, KFVS-12, WestKY Star, and WYMC.
• Various communications from teachers to parents during normal modes of communication (email, remind, Google Classroom, etc)
