Mayfield High School Athletic Physicals for the 2024-2025 school year will be given this Friday, June 21, 2024 at the Jack Morris Training Facility. The cost is $10.
Football will start at 8 a.m.All other male sports teams will start at 9 a.m.All female sports will begin at 10 a.m.Band will begin at 10:45 a.m.
Athletes may also get a physical from their own doctor, but a KHSAA Physical Form must be completed.
